Abstract: Digital and analog contents, generated in additive manufacturing (AM) processes, could be illegally modified, distributed, and reproduced. Within this short article, we propose a watermarking scheme to boost the safety of AM. Compared with standard watermarking solutions, our algorithm possesses the alpha-D-glucose MedChemExpress following positive aspects. Initial, it protects geometric models and printed components as well as G-code programs. Secondly, it embeds watermarks into both polygonal and volumetric models. Thirdly, our approach is capable of developing watermarks inside the interiors and around the surfaces of complex models. Fourth, the watermarks might appear in many types, including character strings, cavities, embossed bumps, and engraved textures. The proposed watermarking approach is composed of the following steps. Initially, the input geometric model is converted into a distance field. Then, the watermark is inserted into a area of interest by using self-organizing mapping. Finally, the watermarked model is converted into a G-code system by utilizing a specialized slicer. Quite a few robust methods are also created to authenticate digital models, G-code plan.
